Mubasher: Royal Jordanian Airlines’ profits for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016 declined by 53.3% to JOD 12.91 million ($18.2 million), compared to JOD 27.66 million ($39 million) for Q3-15.

The company suffered a net loss of JOD 2.71 million in the first nine months of 2016, against a net profit of JOD 21.42 million for the same period last year, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.

The company earlier posted a net loss of JOD 15.62 million for the first half of 2016, 150% up from JOD 6.25 million for H1-15.
